As of now, they have been falsely advertising!! I saw an ad on Instagram $8 for 60 page book with FREE SHIPPING. Well that is not so, after spending 30-60 minutes figuring out the app and how to load the desired pictures for my book I finally got to checking out. Except there was a shipping fee!! I wrote to customer service and they said it was due to me selecting the hardcover option (for an additional $5) however when I changed it back to the basic book it still forced me to select a shipping method. Unless they change their advertisement or provide a shipping code I have to report that they are not being true to their word!

So happy with my book!! Love everything about it!! Thanks so much Chatbooks for making it so easy for me. Ive printed so many pictures, but dont have the time to put together a nice album/scrapbook. With chatbooks it all comes together with one click.

Not bad at all and easy to use. And not that expensive. Its ok.

These are the greatest photo books. The quality is perfect. And the customer service is excellent in the event you need help with anything! You will not be disappointed with your books!

Ive been looking for a simple solution to getting my Instagram prints in book form and Chatbooks are the answer! I opted for the softcover books subscription and Im very pleased with how the books look and the quality of the paper/inks used.

Havent gotten my book yet, so it is hard to say yet how the book looks. The app was a little confusing at first to use, but once I got the hang of it, not too bad. It stated that I got my first book free, but then charged me 7.00. So a little disappointed about that, but excited to get a cheaper book.

Super fun app and good quality, cute books. A great way to get those photos out of your phone.

This is a perfect product for this busy mom of 5 littles! I dont have to do any extra work and I get these beautiful books full of memories!! My kids love looking at them over and over! Right now Im just doing the Instagram version, but looking forward to creating other series as time allows!! Such a great product!!

Awesome books, perfect pictures. All my friends are making chatbooks and enjoying them.

The photo transfer is very fast. The ordering and check out process is fast as well. Here are some of the things that took a long time. It takes so long to drag photos one by one when you plan to organize the photos in groups. Theres no way to select multiple photos to be dragged in a location. I wish theres a way to select photos and an option to transfer the selected photos to different volume. Currently, theres only an option to transfer selected photos to different book. Also, when you unselect a photo and decide to add it back in, the photo gets put back in at the end of the very volume. I wish it goes back in to the same location as before.

Im not a scrapbooker! Ive never had time for it yet the thought of not being on top of printing memories gave me anxiety! This takes something I do daily (post on Instagram) and turns it into a book! Its to easy to do! Seriously, Im a happy momma! Cant wait to see my first books!

Its fun to have a copy of this book on the coffee table for friends to look at. Very easy to organize your photos and customize your book. Good quality and available in hardcover for an extra $5. Not bad.
